Triplet Fun

I did my first triplet photo session about 7 years ago. I have shot infants to middle schoolers. It never gets any easier. But what fun! Its a constant challenge to get all three not only in the shot, but looking at the camera. Or not... Sometimes I have to get very creative.

I shot one of my all-time favorite photos of these three years ago when they were babies and not walking yet. I stuck them in the sand at the beach and let them get messy. It won an award at the Del Mar Fair. Now look at them! So cute. The pyramid was dad's idea, but I think I might have to use it again. I'm looking forward to the next Cole session.

I first photographed the Wolfe triplets when they were babies also. Its been neat seeing them grow over the years. And now to add to the fun, the Wolfe pack added one more. Can't wait for our next shoot!

Lindy and Randy

I can't believe that all my sister's friends are getting married! No rush Lynnae.
Lindy and Randy picked the perfect setting for their big day. Her parents house. I love Panderosa, there are so many picturesque spots there. What a fun, upbeat wedding! Randy's family showed us all some traditional Arabic dancing. The dance floor was full the entire night.
You were a lovely bride Lindy, I hope you have a wonderful marriage.

Smooches,
Micah

Megan and Eric

I got to fly back to Newport for a gorgeous wedding at Oceancliff. Megan and Eric were so fun to work with. It was great meeting all the Mass crowd too. The weather was perfect. Quite different from our cold, romantic, foggy engagement session weather back in October!
Thanks for letting me be a part of your "Newporter wedding!". Way to make it unique. We even got to watch fireworks set over Jamestown to top the night off.

Germany Update

So we moved to Germany last week. It has been one adventure after another. Living out of hotels, learning to speak Deutch (German), experimenting on the subways, driving the Suburban in Germany, trying to blend in when we all must have "I am an American" tatooed on our foreheads, visiting the emergency room, German food, converting $$ to Euros, Jet Lag, and did I mention living in a hotel with 3 little ones?

But we are having a blast. It is truly a beautiful country and we love what we have seen so far. I am working on a new Family Europe Blog so check soon to see updates.

With love from Deutschland,
The Cummings

The Germans love Markets. This was a standard Saturday flower market in Stuttgart.

The famous fountains in Stuttgart are beautiful. Everyone plays in the fountain. So I finally gave in. Then I noticed blood pouring out of Caden's foot and realized that he stepped on glass in the fountain. We spent the next hour frantically trying to get him to the hospital. Fortunately, we had run into the first family I met at the airport earlier that day and we called them for help.

Dad was not happy I was taking a photo after carrying Caden through the city in and out of cabs, and up a hill with a bloody sock. We really stood out this afternoon! And he really wasn't happy when the guy in the Information booth outside of the hospital wouldn't speak English to us and took 3 minutes to look up from his magazine. We couldn't find the Emergency room until someone helped us. We looked a little out of place.

The Schloss, or castle, in Tublingen about 25 minutes from our place.

Addy insisted Caden go with her to 'Snow White's house'. He is always up for an adventure.

Sarah and Matt

Ms. Sarah and Mr. Matt sure know how to throw a party. From the flowers to the vintage dress, and the reggae music, this Lady had the perfect day and I'm so glad I was a part of it. Valley Center was rockin' to Herbie's great music selections. What a great wedding!
